2. Community Behavior Standards

We mandate constructive, polite interactions within our public forums and in-person venues. Harassment, spam, unwarranted sales pitching, or code manipulation activities will result in direct revocation of network privileges. When communicating inside our ecosystem, you explicitly promise to avoid:

• Spamming discussion rows with commercial links, automated crypto scripts, or template messages.
• Using scraping, crawling tools, or browser extensions to harvest personal details, email addresses, or coordinates of other members.
• Impersonating other people, brands, founders, or local developers.
• Posting malicious content containing viruses, Trojan scripts, or secure system exploits.

3. Booking & Cancellation Rules

Desks, booths, or meeting room passes coordinated through CrewMeetup partner workspaces are subjected to the specific venue's occupancy guidelines. Cancellations should be notified at least 24 hours in advance. CrewMeetup reserves the ultimate right to lock booking credentials for members who fail to attend reserved slots multiple times.

4. Limitation of Liability

CrewMeetup lists workspaces and third-party events for helper purposes only. We hold no liability for connection disruptions, hardware thefts, power failures, or physical disputes emerging directly from physical coworker environments. All code tips, tutorials, and templates traded inside our discussion boards are used at your own risk. CrewMeetup makes zero warranties about the absolute completeness or reliability of shared files.

5. Intellectual Property

Users retain copyrights on files or code snippets uploaded to community forums. CrewMeetup brand files, styles, design assets, and logos are properties of crewmeetuptunnel.online. You may not republish, sell, or copy design layout assets without acquiring prior written consent from our administrative offices.

6. Modifications to Terms

We update these Terms of Service periodically to adapt to changes in Finnish digital laws, booking frameworks, and safety guidelines. Continued use of CrewMeetup assets following modifications implies full acceptance of the revised standards.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed in accordance with the national laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law guidelines. Any claims, legal battles, or contract disputes emerging from these conditions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Helsinki (Helsingin käräjäoikeus).
